Download speeds slowing down

Hi

I just joined your excellent website. I have been downloading video content I like and at first the download speeds were very good for the first 6 videos or so. Now it's really slow. Is there any reason for this your end? I've done a speedtest and I should be getting about 45 Mbps but I'm not getting anywhere near that on your site now. As I said, the first few videos downloaded fairly fast.

Any help would be most appreciated.

The download speeds slow down automatically when the system detects a site rip. The russians love to download our web site and ruin the bandwidth for everyone else and then open up websites selling our content. 6 clips in 24 hours is a reasonable amount of videos for its intended purpose. If you can think of another idea how to handle it let us know.
