I like all of your sugestions exept the obvious political one. The stories could be combined. Lets say there is a girl that has a stud boyfriend and a "down trodden" slave. The boyfriend is aware that he is not a "full on slave" but he does not understand that he is a "boy toy/servant ". So his queen has to correct his behavior, lovingly but firm. Greatfull that he is given a second chance, he humiliates himselfe until she forgives him. Obviously he then thanks her for her kindness.
