I can't download or stream the newest video Amber Riley and Lizzy - Facesit Level 2 Girl at all, I tried both the 4k and 1080 HD and neither one works.  The file size says 81.8MB and 12.75MB respectively which is way too small.  I also can't download the 4k version of any other videos anymore and I use to always download the 4K version of the videos.  Can You Please Fix?  Thank You
